Returns and refunds policy

Your right to return

You may return goods within 14 days of the date you receive them, provided they are unopened, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Everything sold through this website is supplied sealed, whether as a whole roll, a tube or a pail. Once opened or cut, it cannot be returned.

How to return

Please email info@iac-acoustics.co.th within 14 days of receiving the goods, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm a reference number before you send anything back.

Goods returned without a confirmed reference number may not be possible for us to process.

Return freight

Change of mind — you arrange and pay for the return carriage. Please use a trackable service, because the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods — we pay the carriage and arrange collection. Please tell us within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photographs of the packaging and of the goods.

Restocking fee

None.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method.

We refund the original outbound delivery charge only where the goods were damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Goods damaged in transit

Please inspect the goods on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and photograph it before opening, and tell us within 7 days.

Cut-to-size material and project orders

Material cut to dimensions specified by the customer, and goods supplied under a project quotation, are not covered by this policy. The return terms for those orders are the ones set out in that quotation.
