Project noise control
Alongside the soundproofing materials we hold in stock, IAC Acoustics (Thailand) supplies the IAC equipment lines against project specifications: acoustic doors and windows, duct silencers and louvres, machinery enclosures and barriers, acoustic test chambers, audiometric booths, and test facilities for the automotive and aerospace industries. This work is priced against the specification of each project, so there are no prices on the site.
We supply the equipment. Fitting is carried out by the project contractor, which is what works alongside a construction programme.
Industrial acoustic steel doors
Steel acoustic doorsets for plant rooms, control rooms, factories, test cells and large building projects. Made to the opening size and the sound insulation the project specifies, and delivered as a factory-assembled unit: leaf, frame, seals, latching hardware and glazing.

Data centre noise control
Noise control for cooling plant, standby generators and plant rooms, so a site meets its boundary noise limits without giving up the airflow the cooling design depends on.

Silencers, attenuators and duct equipment
Silencers for HVAC systems, industrial plant and pressure venting, selected on attenuation together with pressure drop and self-generated noise — not on length alone.

Test chambers and acoustic rooms
Anechoic and hemi-anechoic chambers, reverberation rooms, transmission suites and listening rooms, designed around the test method they have to serve rather than around the room that happens to be available.

Audiometric test booths
An audiometric booth is a small acoustic room whose job is to hold the background noise inside it low enough that a hearing test can be believed. It is specified for occupational health services, hospitals, clinics and factory hearing conservation programmes, and the specification comes from the site rather than from a catalogue.

Acoustic enclosures and barriers
Machinery enclosures, barriers, canopies and absorptive panels for factories and plant compounds, designed from the target level at the receiver rather than from the size of the machine.

NVH and automotive test facilities
Acoustic test facilities for the automotive industry: whole-vehicle semi-anechoic chambers, indoor pass-by chambers, powertrain and engine cells, and end-of-line squeak and rattle rooms.

Aviation and aero-engine test facilities
Noise and jet blast control equipment for airfields, and the acoustic package for aero-engine test facilities: blast barriers, ground run-up enclosures, apron working pods, hush houses and test cell acoustics.

Power generation and heavy industrial noise control
Noise control for power stations, process plants and heavy industry, from pressurised discharge to atmosphere through to gas turbine intake and exhaust systems.

Transportation, marine and mining noise control
Exhaust systems, intake systems and acoustic lining for machinery that moves — mining equipment, diesel traction and marine engines — together with roadside and railside noise barriers.

Studios, practice rooms and modular soundproof rooms
Modular panel rooms for broadcast and production studios, music practice rooms, voice booths and spaces that need acoustic privacy. Built from prefabricated components, and able to be dismantled and moved when a floor plan changes.

Acoustic service, maintenance and support
Looking after acoustic equipment after it is installed: scheduled inspection of seals and door hardware, spare parts, re-verification after alteration, and refurbishment of existing test facilities and their data systems.

Project work is quoted against the specification
If your project has a noise limit at a receiver, send the drawings and the specification. We will come back with an approach and the performance it is expected to achieve, rather than only a product price.
